The first thing I can say is that I was salivating and eager to try one of the recipes by the time I received it. As someone who eats vegetarian and occasionally vegan but comes from an omnivorous background, I appreciate a cookbook of recipes for all. This book definitely fits the bill. Each recipe contains food categories and has a lovely structure for each of them. The ingredients are out of this world. The book is grouped by food, type of meat, fish etc. Only reading the recipe makes me have a mouthwatering desire to start cooking right this minute. This book has many nutritious recipes using a variety of foods, vegetables and spices. I'm glad I found this book, because I can use the air fryer appropriately. Sometimes these are pleasant and mouth watering fragrances of apple pie with cinnamon, sometimes sour aroma of braised cabbage or too saturated fried bacon. The latter, of course, doesn’t bring pleasure and even disturbs to properly accept guests. Only an air fryer can help solve this problem. This is a portable device that is able to replace an oven, microwave, grill, toaster and slow cooker. The air fryer is an amazing assistant in the kitchen. You can take it away on a trip, to your cottage house or on holiday. The source of electricity is a comparatively big and comfortable assistant, your skills, some products and nutritious breakfast, lunch or dinner for the whole family is ready! There are some very interesting recipes which I will try, but I need Google permanently on while reading it. Who knew that Texas Toast was a thing? That said, it was a very reasonable price, and got good reviews, so I will give it a good try. There are conversion tables in it, so that is a big help as the temperatures are all Farenheit. • 5.0 out of 5 stars from Marina -- Great investment!!! : I have actually wanted an air fryer for years (purely for the purpose of making ‘healthy’ salt and pepper chips and finally got one! In my head potatoes and such were the only things that could be done in it and I didn’t view it as a quick cooking option so this book has been perfect to start me off with a great selection of recipes that I would never have thought of (I don’t know why but it would not have occurred to me to put chicken in there). It certainly leaves you feeling a lot lighter without the excess oil and grease from other cooking methods so I’m glad I invested in one. I haven’t made too many of the recipes from this book yet but I’m excited to try them and I highly recommend it, even if you’re already an avid air fryer user!
